OP-ED: Colleges Can Reduce Student Stress (in NACAC's Spring 2019 Journal of College Admission)

Student stress has increased over my 25 years of college counseling, and I believe colleges play a role in this. I know colleges aren't intentionally doing this to students, but it's happening.
